A: CPPS stands for Childfam-Possibilities Psychosocial Services. We are a well-being center based in Quezon City and we specialize in providing mental health support through access to literacy programs, professional consultations, and well-being seminars. This coming 2023 is our 10th year of providing whole person, age/culture/gender sensitive, and evidence-based practice. A: We offer counseling, psychotherapy and psychiatric consultations, as well as check-in sessions, available online, by-appointment 24/7.
A: No, we cannot. You may have received communications that your consultations with your previous service-provider has concluded. But we can book you a schedule with a new counselor/psychologist and/or psychiatrists so that you may continue your mental health care. Rest assured that CPPS, MedGrocer and TaskUs are all fully committed to facilitating a smooth transition for you to your new care-provider.
A: Not necessarily. You can consider your new provider-client relationship as an opportunity to revisit your therapeutic goals based on what you have accomplished so far, where you are now, and what you are hoping still to achieve. Further, it is possible to request your records from your previous service-provider and submit it to your new consultant to facilitate your transition better.
This said, some information gathering is expected during the first session (intake sessions) but you are always free to pace yourself and begin with only what you are comfortable with.
A: You may reach them through their independent practice by looking up their private clinic hours/spaces online or through communicating with them directly. However, kindly note that booking a session with your previous MedGrocer consultant is not covered by TaskUs.

A: We value your privacy. Unless you provide explicit permission for your previous and current service-providers to communicate, no exchange of records or data shall be initiated.
